  • We serve Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napoletana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy. This style of pizza is prepared with simple and fresh ingredients and they are cooked at very high temperatures (800 F to 900 F) for no more than 90 seconds.

We do not currently make gluten-free pizza. We hand-make our dough and bake our pizza in a single brick-oven. The health of our guests is critical, and given that we only use one oven, we wouldn’t be able to guarantee a gluten free product. If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy or gluten intolerance, please notify the manager.

  • Oh, of course! Our menu includes delicious Vegan Pizzas, such as the Vegan Margherita, the Vegan Campagnola, the Vegan Meatball, the Vegan Boscaiola and the Vegan Ortolana. Our Vegan Pizzas wouldn’t be vegan without our dairy-alternative vegan cheese. We promise you, you won’t be able to tell the difference.

  • No. Peanut and/or peanut oil is not used in the manufacture of any of our products. However, some of ingredients are processed in plants of third party suppliers who also process nut products in the same plants. Although these suppliers practice strict sanitation procedures and preventative measures for cross-contamination, we can not guarantee that all of our products are 100% nut-free.

  • We don’t take reservations or have table service.

  • Yes! We offer delivery seven days a week at each of our locations.

  • 90 Second Pizza takeout is a great way to celebrate office events, kids’ parties and other get-togethers – we can even slice pizzas into appetizer-size pieces (just let us know).
